The winter season is approaching, our bodies and minds need particular attention and nurturing.
In this 2-hour yin yoga workshop, we will focus on supporting the body and particularly the immune system through the transition from fall to winter. We will work with the meridians to nourish and replenish our energy levels and prepare the body for the colder months. This time of the year is the perfect opportunity to look inwards, let go of what no longer serves us and reconnect with ourselves.
This workshop will combine intention setting, a thoughtfully designed and deeply relaxing yin practice, and a guided rest and meditation to re-centre the mind and body.
Workshop is in English. Everyone is welcome.
